We ship Priority Mail through USPS. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after order is placed. . Orders placed on weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times and will be processed on the next business day. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Standard shipping normally take 3-5 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. We offer expedited shipping only if contacted through email: thegypsydeb@gmail.com. We will invoice the extra cost and will ship when payment is verified.

We ship to the address given at checkout. Because we ship Priority Mail (insured mail), we are not responsible for packages lost after they depart from our warehouse. If your package is missing or never arrived, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777. They also have an online service for filing a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm?.
